There’s still a bit of work to be completed on the studio/showroom before she’s completely ” retail-ready “, but we have done ok, considering we had to re-evaluate the build after it was severely flooded in the recent Queensland, NSW floods.
Lucky for me I married a very clever man – an ex builder, who has now secured the space so if the rains come again we are prepared!
We were relatively unscathed – but it’s been heart-wrenching to watch how devastating it is for so many.
Hopefully, that is behind us now and we can enjoy the superb sunshiny days that are endless this time of year on the Coast.
I’m more than happy now to see people at the house – our container is FINALLY on the way, so it’s not going to be long now before the house will look a little less bare.
